This KB article aims to help users troubleshoot and resolve the problem of a workstation being unable to connect to the MBWin software.

This usually happens if your MSOffice product is unlicensed or cracked version. You’ll get to see “Product Activation Failed” on the title bar located at the top of any of your MSOffice products Reactivation required.

1. Temporary disable Windows Defender and AntiVirus.
   • It is needed for they don’t block the Activator.
2. Make sure to close all opened programs and applications.
3. Start ‘KMSAuto Net.exe‘ or ‘KMSAuto.exe‘ file as an administrator.
4. Click ‘Activation‘.
5. Click ‘Activate Office’.

Wait until successful activation.
