This KB article aims to help users troubleshoot and resolve the problem of a workstation being unable to connect to the MBWin software.
In this case, user have to delete all .msf files into the Temp folder.
- Go to ‘C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp’
- Delete all .msf files
or
- Start Type ‘Run’ then enter
- In the Run dialog box, type ‘%temp%‘
- Delete all .msf files
after deleting .msf files.
- Go to MBWIN folder (either on your desktop or on Local Disk MBWin) then run EOS to connect the exe to database.
- Exit the EOS and run the MBWin exe.
