This KB article aims to help users troubleshoot and resolve the problem of a workstation being unable to connect to the MBWin software.

In this case, user have to delete all .msf files into the Temp folder.

  1. Go to ‘C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp’
  2. Delete all .msf files

or

  1. Start Type ‘Run’ then enter
  2. In the Run dialog box, type ‘%temp%
  3. Delete all .msf files

after deleting .msf files.

  1. Go to MBWIN folder (either on your desktop or on Local Disk MBWin) then run EOS to connect the exe to database.
  2. Exit the EOS and run the MBWin exe.
